It is very important that you are set up with proper credentials first before trying to work within the iMP, and a user may receive an error message when attempting to shop for rates at times. While there are a few reasons the user may receive this message, one prime example is not having proper credentials. A user may be able to identify that they do not have proper pricing credentials if they are seeing the text string highlighted below:
The user should not see "webtabledefault" within the Rate Table, rather, the user should see their login, i.e. "staceysmith1".
In instances where the user does not have proper credentials, they should reach out to their Administrator to ensure they can be properly set up.
