Navigating the Homeowners Insurance Section within the Property Tab

Users have the ability to enter Homeowner’s Insurance within the Property tab of the 1003 application. The user must click on the triangle next to the title in order to expand the section. Once the section is expanded users have the option to enter the following information:

  • Company Name
  • Company Address
  • Contact Name
  • Company Phone
  • Contact Phone
  • Contact Email
  • Contact Fax

Homeowners_Insurance.pngUnique information may be entered within this section on a by loan basis, yet it is important to note that this section may also pre-populate data that is found within the Global Contacts section. If a user begins to enter a Company Name that can be found within the Global Contacts section they will have the option to auto fill that contact information.

Pre-existing Homeowners Insurance information can be found within the CONTACTS menu under All Contacts section. Any information entered within the Homeowners Insurance section will also appear in the Loan Participants section under the LOAN menu.
