Users have the option to enter Agent Info (Optional) within the Property tab of the 1003 application. The Agent Info section will only appear when a Purchase Loan Type has been selected. Within the section Buyers Agent or Sellers Agent information may be entered. Users will have the option to enter:
- Company
- Company License #
- Address Information
- Contact Name
- Company License #
- Contact Phone
- Company Phone
- Fax
If the user selects the “Does your agent also represent the seller?” checkbox the Sellers Agent section will be removed from the Property tab.
Unique information may be entered within this section on a by loan basis, yet it is important to note that this section may also pre-populate data that is found within the Global Contacts section. If a user begins to enter a Company that can be found within the Global Contacts section they will have the option to auto fill that contact information.
Any information entered within the Agent Info section will also appear in the Loan Participants section under the LOAN menu.
The user will also notice that the Buyer/Seller Agent information may be selected within the Appraisal Center under the Preferred Contact section.
