When a borrower creates an account but fails to activate it they will receive an error message within the login screen.
- If the borrower receives a SecureLink Email from their Loan Officer but fails to activate their account through that email and rather just try to login through a separate sign in page, they will be unable to login.
- The borrower MUST ensure their account is properly activated by utilizing the activation email that is sent to them or by speaking to their Loan Officer to properly activate.
