In addition to adding a fee directly in the Closing Cost Details page, the user also has the option to add a fee by clicking into the Select Fee Providers button. Once the user clicks the button, they will be redirected to Closing Costs - Fee Providers - SmartFees page.
Under the Fees tab, the user will select the Add Additional Services button to add an additional service fee, such as a Pest Inspection service fee.
The user will notice that they have an array of service fees to choose from within the drop down menu.
Once the fee is selected, the system will automatically pair the fee with the Shared Service Provider within the area. The user also has the option to "Select Provider" should they wish to shop outside of the primary provider.
NOTE: The following section regarding "Export to Encompass" requires additional configurations that should be configured with your project support team.
Once the fee has been added, the user may wish to export the newly added fees to Encompass within the Closing Corp iFramed experience. IF the set-up between Closing Corp and Encompass has been completed the user can click Export to Encompass.
If the data was successfully exported, the following message will appear:
If the user only wishes to update the fees with CV Loan Center then they may scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Update.
The user will be able to view the newly added service fee under the Closing Cost Details screen.
The updated fees will export to LOS upon the next full export.
