The iMP will intelligently recalculate rates when fees are paid by the Seller/Lender within the Closing Costs Details page. Specifically, the APR will be recalculated within the Loan Details page. The Cash from Borrower will also recalculate if any fees were changed under the Closing Costs Details page.
Any changes made to fees paid by the Seller/Lender will also reflect within Section VII – Details of Transaction under section P. Cash from Borrower
All changes must be saved in order to update the calculations.
