The Support Tool aka the Help button can be found in the lower left hand corner on any page within the iMP. Users are able to click this button to reach out to a support representative at any time during the loan process. The tool allows the user to create a tracked ticket within their iMP support center where a representative will be able to review and respond accordingly.
Users must enter the following information to ensure their ticket is supported in the most optimal way possible:
- Email Address
- Borrower Name or Loan Number
- How can we help you?
- As well as any Attachments that may be able to give the support agent a more comprehensive look into resolving their ticket.
