Why am I receiving Error Messages when Shopping for Rates?

The iMP will populate an error message when one of the following 2 scenarios occur if the user tries to utilize the Shop for Rates button on the Loan Details page. If the user receives this error message they will not be able to proceed within the process.

  • If the user has not assigned a Loan Officer to the application, usually meaning they are logged into an Admin account, they will receive the following message:

    • “Unable to Shop for Rates – No Loan Officer is assigned to the loan”

 

  • If the user has assigned a Loan Officer but has not been given valid credentials they will receive the following message:

    • “Unable to Shop for Rates – No Credentials available to continue”
