Requirements: Users must first be granted access to the following Roles by their Administrator:
By selecting the Loan Product Configurator role the system will automatically set privileges for the following making any user with this role a Product Admin. Loan Product Configuration - Import Configuration privilege is not preselected by the role choice and therefore must be manually checked if the administrator wishes the particular user to be able to import.
Product Admins must navigate to the following in Loan Center:
Loan Center > ADMIN > PRODUCT ADMIN
The admin will want to select Product List to view/add/update Loan Product Configurations. Before adding/importing new loan products the users should reference the following article:
It is important to ensure Investor List functionality is understood prior to working with the Product List.
NOTE* Before making changes to the Product List users should always Export the existing product list and save/store the file in a safe place.
Once the user clicks "'Export' the system will automatically export the existing Product List to their browsers download folder. It is recommended that the user save the export file to their desktop.
Within the Loan Product Guidelines screen users are able to add, import, export and duplicate loan products. A user can add a new loan product by a 3 main methods:
Users can import a loan product from their device by clicking the icon. Once the icon is selected users may choose to upload a document stored within their files.

Clicking ‘Add Product’ will trigger a new line of configurable conditions in building out a new loan product.
When duplicating an existing product the user must first ensure that they have selected an existing product from the list. This can be a nice time saver since the conditional fields will pre-populate with existing data.
