IMPORTANT - Loan Officer's should not use the "Forgot Password" link to reset their password, rather they should reach out to their System Administrator.
Users with Administrator Roles should be the only users that are privileged to change/update user profile passwords. Administrators may take the following actions to change/update a password:
- Login to iMP System Admin
- Navigate to View > User Account > User Profiles
- Search for/Select the user account to which the password needs to be updated (ex. jdoe@stratospheremortgage.com)
- It is recommended to search by email
4. Select the user account by clicking on the Edit button at the bottom of the page
5. Navigate to Additional Information section

6. The Administrator will need to type the new password in the following fields:

7. Once the changes are complete the user will need to 'Save' all changes
