Overview
The Breadcrumb rules have been enhanced to clearly define where a user is within the loan process. The breadcrumb trail is simply a navigation tool within the consumer site, it provides the user with a navigation header bar within the page view. Breadcrumb rules have been enhanced for within the following places:
- Loan Application
- My Next Step (Consumer Dashboard page)
Enhanced UI Views and Rules
- The Loan App Breadcrumb will only be displayed when in the loan application.
- The My Next Step Workflow Breadcrumb will be displayed on the following pages in the following order:
- Shop for Rates
- The Shop for Rates step will be active and displayed in the My Next Step Breadcrumb when the Pricing Workflow is configured as Pricing after Loan App (set in WordPress Admin by Administrator)
- Sign Docs
- The Sign Docs step will be active when Disclosures are ready be signed
- The Sign Docs step will be complete when all signatures for the associated 1003 have been collected
- Order Appraisal
- The Appraisal Step will be active and displayed in the My Next Step breadcrumb when the following is true:
- Appraisal is configured as On in WordPress Admin
- Sign Docs step is active or complete
- The Appraisal Step will be complete when an order has been placed either in consumer or loan center.
- The Appraisal Step will be active and displayed in the My Next Step breadcrumb when the following is true:
- Docs to View (formerly confirm receipt of appraisal)
- The Docs to View step will be active when a document in the DocVault has been flagged as needing to be viewed (current functionality)
- The Docs to View step will be complete when all documents have been viewed
- Requested Docs
- The Requested Docs step will be active when 1 or more items have a status of needed or incomplete.
- The Requested Docs step will be complete when no items have a status needed or incomplete.
- Shop for Rates
- Steps may only be displayed when they are active, inactive steps are hidden from the user’s view within the My Next Steps workflow.
