- Sign into Zendesk with your company email
- Find your profile in the upper right corner
- Click on “My Activities”
- To view all requests you have made: Click on “My requests”
- To view all requests you have been CC'd on: Click on “Requests I'm CC'd on"
- To view all requests made within the organization: Click on “Organization requests” and viola, customers can view and comment on all tickets associated with your company domain and sub domains.
- End-users can search specific tickets, follow the page, or sort by specific status (Any, Open, Awaiting your reply, Solved)
