OVERVIEW
- Provide the ability to include additional data for Client specific documents at DocuTech so that these documents populate as expected.
Description
- Add new UI fields/options to collect additional data
- Add new mappings to request payload to provide data to DocuTech
Detailed Functionality
- Add "Seller Info" (Section) for "Purchase" loans only
- Add "Total number of members in household" field
- Add validation to the control for user to add household members in the USDA Center
- A page notification will be added to screen USDA Center that will display when the count of members added to section "Household Members & Income" does not match to the field "Total number of members in household" (in screen "LOAN \ APPLICATION \ Personal").
- Update Property UI > New Loan Info> Purpose of Refinance data
- Add new Other Type field
- Displays only when Purpose of Refinance = Cash-Out Other

- Purpose of Refinance = Other: Description field
- The additional fields do not have 1 to 1 mappings to LOS Encompass, however there are changes to the existing field "Loan Info Refi Purpose" (id #299) and field "Government Refinance Type" (id #URLA.X165)

Acceptance Criteria
Use Case # 1: Verify Purchase Transaction new fields
- Create new loan with Transaction Type = Purchase
- Complete the application
- Access the Personal tab
- Verify the new field: "Total number of members in household"
- Click on the information icon to the right of the field label
- Verify the text displays: Includes the total count of household members, including borrower(s), dependents and non-dependents to reside at subject property.
- Verify you cannot populate this field with letter
- Verify you can populate this field with integers
- Populate the field = 4 and save the loan.
- Access the 2nd 1003 on the loan and verify this field is prepopulated with the same value.
- Access the Property UI
- Verify the new Seller Info section displays appropriately
- Verify the fields around the new Seller Info display appropriately
- For URLA 2020, we are modifying the "New Loan Info" layout by:
- Moving "First Time Homebuyer" (checkbox) field below "Loan Amount"
- Moving "Seller Credit" (input) field below "Downpayment Source"
- For URLA "New" 2009, we are modifying the "New Loan info" layout by:
- Moving "Other Credit" (field) and "(+) Add Other Credits" (link) to under "Loan Amount"
- For URLA 2020, we are modifying the "New Loan Info" layout by:
- Add a value for the Seller Name
- Save the loan
- Access the Loan Participants flyout
- Verify the Seller Name has been added in the Seller Information section of the flyout.
- Access the 2nd 1003 Property UI
- Verify the Seller Info section is prepopulated with the correct value.
User Case # 2: Verify Refinance Transaction New Fields
- Create a new loan with Transaction Type: Refinance and two 1003s
- Complete both applications
- Access the Personal tab
- Verify the new field: "Total number of members in household"
- Click on the information icon to the right of the field label

- Select each of these values and save
- Verify each value saved is persisted in the field by refreshing the loan
- With Other Type = Other selected
- Verify the Description field displays
- Enter a value in the Description field and save
- Refresh the loan to ensure the value is persisted

Use Case # 4: Data Mapping Validation
- You must first create a loan
- Complete the Application
- Shop for Rates and Apply a product
- Add the specific data which is identified for each new mapping in the Data to be Verified section
- Check the Value = for source of data
- Verify your loan included the appropriate print triggers for the document population you are validating
- Create Initial Disclosures
- Access Integration Services
- Open the Vendor Request for the Document Generation - DocuTech product
- Verify new mappings in the request payload (xpath, attribute, value)
- Verify document population
- Access Doc Vault
- Open the Disclosure Package and locate the specific document
- Verify the data have populated appropriately
- Data to be validated and specific document Ids.
