OVERVIEW
- This Feature includes UI updates that streamlines the way in which “Required fields” and field label capitalizations are displayed throughout the OPOS application.
- Additionally, there have been some messaging updates made on the OPOS AUS page along with some modifications as to when the AUS page can be accessed by the OPOS user.
Description
- The following updates have been made to the way the “Required Fields” are displayed throughout the OPOS application:
- All small Black asterisks on the OPOS application displayed next to “Required fields” have been changed to be small red asterisks.
- All “Required fields” fields that previously only showed the small red asterisk without a red border form validation when RESPA 6 pieces were entered will now be displayed with a red border form validation when the RESPA 6 pieces are entered along with the small red asterisk they already had.
- All fields that previously only showed a red border form validation when 6 RESPA pieces were entered without a small red asterisk will now display a small red asterisk next to their field labels along with the red border form validation they already had.
- A few fields’ labels throughout the OPOS application have been standardized. Please refer to the list of the updated fields in the Detailed Functionality section below.
- The existing AUS link on the OPOS Loan Mega menu has been updated to be accessible for the OPOS user at all times. However, users will only be allowed to request AUS when all fields required to run AUS have been filled. There has been no changes to the list of fields that are required to run AUS.
- The “1st Balance” field on the Shop for rates page for Refinance loans previously contained a red asterisk indicating that it was a Required field when it was NOT. That red asterisk has now been removed.
- The old messaging on the AUS page that said "Please Re-run Du or LPA - If you updated current income please click on the 'Submit' or 'Submit LPA' button" has been updated.
- The new message states “Please Re-Run DU or LPA - If you updated your current income, please click on the "Submit DU" or "Submit LPA" button.”
- There has also been an update as to WHEN this message is going to be displayed on the AUS screen, instead of the current logic where this message is displayed to the AUS user at all times.
