OVERVIEW
- This Feature will require Borrowers to agree to AccountChek by FormFree's Terms of Service before linking their Asset Accounts.
Description
- Borrowers will need to agree to AccountChek by FormFree's Terms of Service before they can link their Accounts to Securely Verify their Assets. This will comply with FormFree's requirement that Borrowers agree to their Terms of Service for AccountChek.
Detailed Functionality
- A new Terms of Service UI Component for AccountCheck® by FormFree® will be displayed on the Consumer Site when the Borrower is Electronically (Securely) Verifying Assets while completing:
- Asset information on their Application
- Your Task Items for Bank Statements
- When a Borrower is completing their application, they will be required to agree to the Terms of Service when completing Asset information on their Application before they can eVerify their Assets with AccountCheck® by FormFree®.
- When a Borrower is completing a Your Task Item, they will be required to agree to the Terms of Service can eVerify their Assets.
- When a Borrower tries to eVerify without agreeing to the Terms of Service, the system will prevent them from continuing and present the required checkbox in the Alert Style.
- The checkbox to agree to the Terms of Service will not be persisted. The Borrower must agree to the Terms of Service for every new session to Securely Verify Assets.
- An Entry is added to the Audit Log every time a Borrower agrees to the Terms of Service.
