If a borrower is viewing this popup within their application it means that a loan team member is currently updating details related to their loan file. The popup is strategically presented to the borrower so that they are aware that they will be unable to perform the task they wish to execute. While the loan is not locked entire access is limited for certain tasks.

“Task is Currently Unavailable” Message
The popup is meant to inform the borrower that a loan team member is working on their file and that they are unable to perform the desired task at this time. This message will disappear after the loan team member exits the file.
Tasks that can be completed with limited access include:
- Review loan data
- Add/Upload a document
- Review a document
Tasks that cannot be completed with limited access include:
- eSign a document
- Order an appraisal
- Provide or withdraw eConsent
The popup signifies to the borrower that the loan is currently being updated by another user. If they received this message, they are attempting to access a task that cannot be completed until the other user ends their session.
Borrowers check back later to access the task or contact their assigned Loan Team Member, as displayed in the message window, for further questions.
