Overview
The “Email Management” page contains email templates for SecureLink Emails and Notification Emails. The Loan Officer can use these templates to send and manage emails, as well as track the status of each email.
NOTE: Additional email templates may be added by request, however, it is recommended to utilize the Adhoc template for SecureLink emails to avoid going the route of a change request. If the goal is to have an additional standardized template for uniformity across the organization, a change request is required.

Notification Emails Section
The Notification Emails Section displays a list of the emails that are sent automatically by the system. For example, if the LO orders an appraisal, the system automatically generates an email and sends it to the borrower.
Notification Emails can be modified by following the same modification process explained above for the Securelink Emails.
Summary
The “Email Management” page allows the LO to modify email templates to the specific needs of each individual borrower and loan file.
