Release 6.0.1000 provides significant updates to the user interface and operation of both cPOS and Loan Center, providing a variety of features that simplify the loan application process for borrowers and enhance lenders’ ability to manage loans.
cPOS
- Enhancements to Loan Application - "Loan Locked" Messages
- Borrowers will now receive a pop-up message when they try to complete the loan application while a loan officer is also working on the loan.
- Enhancements to Loan Application - "Personal Page"
- The “Personal” page within the loan application now contains a section for the user to provide information about a non-borrowing spouse.
- Enhancements to Refinance Loans
- Two new refinance goals (Tuition Expense & Purchase Home) have been added to the loan application.
- Enhancements to the Borrower Needs List
- New closing documents have been created for the Borrower Needs List to accommodate different loan scenarios.
Loan Center
- Configure a Company Logo to Appear in the Header of Loan Center
- The company logo that currently appears on the Loan Center login page now also appears at the top of the page while users are logged in.
- Enhancements to Loan Center UI - Loan and Lender Status Tooltip
- The black contextual bar that appears near the top of the page in Loan Center now contains interactive tooltips that provide additional information about loan and lender status messages.
- Enhancements to Loan Center UI - Session Timeout Popup Window
- Users are now automatically signed out of Loan Center after one hour of inactivity in order to prevent users from working on a loan after their session has timed out.
- Enhancements to Loan Application - "Personal Page"
- The “Personal” page in the loan application now contains a section for the user to provide information about a non-borrowing spouse.
- Enhancements to Loan Application - "Property Page"
- The “Property” page in the loan application contains new sections for the user to provide additional information about the subject property and the seller of the property.
- The “Property” page in the loan application now prevents users from entering placeholders (such as ‘TBD’) in the Property Address field in order to prevent prematurely triggering RESPA.
- Enhancements to Loan Application - "Credit" Page
- Users will now receive a pop-up message when they try to remove a borrower from a loan, which presents them with options for running credit on the loan without the removed borrower.
- Enhancements to "Pricing Results" Page
- Users can now submit a temporary lock on a particular product while shopping on the “Pricing Results” page.
- Enhancements to "Locking & Adjustments" Page
- The “Locking & Adjustments” page has been updated to provide more detailed lock status updates and allow the user to shop for new loan products easily.
- Enhancements to Pre-disclosure Document Requests
- The user can now generate and send pre-disclosure documents without affecting the loan status.
- Enhancements to Disclosure Tracking
- Disclosure tracking has been moved from the “Loan Details” page to its own dedicated page, which provides an increased level of detail about disclosures for a given loan.
- Users will now receive email notifications when disclosures have been created, as well as when they have been viewed or signed by the borrower.
- Enhancements to Appraisal Center
- Users can now indicate whether an appraisal is necessary for a particular loan.
- Enhancements to Audit Log
- The list of actions tracked by the Audit Log has been expanded to include the creation of pre-disclosure documents, the generation of initial disclosures, and the addition/removal of co-borrowers.
- Enhancements to Loan Amount Calculator - Single-Premium Mortgage Insurance
- For loans with single-premium mortgage insurance, the mortgage premium is no longer automatically calculated into the loan amount to be financed. Users can now indicate whether the insurance premium should be included in the loan amount.
- Enhancements to Email Management
- Email notifications and email formatting can now be configured by a system administrator.
- Enhancements to COC List of Fields - Fee Change Implications
- Prior to the 6.0.1000 release, any system checks related to COC's were using a list of fields defined as impacts pricing or locking, notably omitting COC list of fields defined as impacts to fees. Within this release, CV has enhanced the list of monitored COC fields to include those that impact fees. When the system detects a COC with the enhanced fee implications and an update to Locking and Adjustments is needed, the system will display a popup notification to inform the user to take action.
