Overview
Release 6.0.3000 provides additional support for oPOS users with multiple profiles across different Branches within the same organization. The following updates have been made:
- When creating a new loan, users associated with multiple Branches or Loan Officers will now be prompted to select to which to loan officer and branch the new loan should be assigned
New Loan - Assign Branch and Loan Officer
This new feature allows oPOS users with access to multiple Branches - such as Loan Processors, Managers, or Loan Openers to assign new loans to the proper loan officer and branch. When an oPOS user creates a new loan, a modal window appears and prompts them to select a loan officer and branch.
The options that appear in each drop-down menu are dependent upon who is creating the loan and how the loan team has been set up in iMP System Admin.
Select a Loan Officer
- If the oPOS user is a Loan Officer, this field will populate with their name by default and the field drop-down menu will be disabled
- If the oPOS user is not a Loan Officer, the drop-down menu will contain the names of all Loan Officers to whom their profile has been linked in iMP System Admin. If the user is associated with only one Loan Officer, this field will populate with their name by default and the field drop-down menu will be disabled
- If the oPOS user is an Administrator, the drop-down menu will contain the names of all Loan Officers within the company
Select a Branch
- if the selected Loan Officer is assigned to only one Branch, this field will populate with the name of the Branch by default and the field drop-down menu will be disabled
- if the selected Loan Officer is assigned to more than one Branch, the drop-down menu will contain the names of all Branches to which they are assigned
