Overview
Release 6.0.3000 allows users to upload a logo for Divisions that have been designated as a "separate business entity" and have it appear on the consumer site, loan-related emails, and loan documents generated within the Division.
Add a Division Logo
Use the following steps to add a unique Division logo:
- Log in to iMP System Admin
- Navigate to the "Company Details" page: Company Profile > Company Details
- Select the name of the Company to which the Division belongs
- Select the name of the Channel to which the Division belongs
- Select the name of the Division and click Edit
- Make sure that the Separate Business Entity checkbox is selected
- Click the triangle icon within the Upload Logo field
The logo field supports the following formats:
- JPEG
- JPG
- PNG
- SVG
The uploaded file size cannot exceed 150KB

Testing: Division-Level Logo
Use Case #1: Division-Level Logo - User Interface
- Log in to iMP System Admin
- Navigate to “Company Details” page: Company Profile > Company Details
- Click on the name of the company
- VERIFY: Channel section appears and contains the names of the channels within the company
- Click on the name of a channel that contains one or more divisions
- VERIFY: Division section appears below Channel section
- Click the "Edit" button on the Division
- VERIFY: the “Upload Logo” field label is displayed above the existing "Division Name" field
- VERIFY: the upload logo capability is displayed to the right of the "Upload Logo" field label
- VERIFY: the following description text is displayed below the logo: “Supported file formats: JPEG, JPG, PNG, SVG - 150 KB Max”
Use Case #2: Division-Level Logo - Supported File Types
- Repeat Use Case #1, steps #1-5
- Use the Upload Logo field to upload an unsupported file type (supported file types: JPEG, JPG, PNG, SVG; size under 150 KB)
- VERIFY: the following description text now appears in red: “Supported file formats: JPEG, JPG, PNG, SVG - 150 KB Max”
- Use the Upload Logo field to upload a supported file type (JPEG, JPG, PNG, SVG; size under 150 kb)
- VERIFY: file is uploaded successfully and appears within the Upload Logo field
- VERIFY: the following description text now appears in black: “Supported file formats: JPEG, JPG, PNG, SVG - 150 KB Max”

Testing: Logos Correspond to Company Hierarchy
Testing Setup
- Parent company logo is set up in iMP System Admin
- A test division is created within the company hierarchy; the following information is entered:
- Separate Business Entity checkbox is selected
- Division Name
- Branding Display Name
- Disclosures Lender Name
- Company Address
- Vice President
- Division Manager selected
- Phone Number
- Company Email
- NMLS#
- cPOS Default LO selected
- A test branch is created within the company hierarchy; branch should be nested within test division
- Multiple test LOs are created under test branch
Use Case #1: Division with Logo, Branch without Logo
Prerequisites:
- Logo is added for test Division
- Branch does not have a logo
Testing Process:
- Log in to oPOS as an LO assigned to the test Branch/Division
- Create a new purchase loan
- Complete the loan application
- Make sure to include the primary borrower’s email address (Personal tab)
- Use the “Online User” radio button to set up the borrower as an online borrower (Personal tab)
- Apply a loan product
- Navigate to the “Loan Details” page
- Request Disclosures
- Access the PreApproval Letter: Menu > Actions > PreApproval Letter
- Open the Template drop-down menu
- Select PreApproval Letter
- Select Save & Preview Letter
- VERIFY: logo that appears on the preapproval letter is the correct division logo (not parent company logo)
- Close the document preview
- Open the Template drop-down menu
- Select PreQualification Letter
- Select Save & Preview Letter
- VERIFY: logo that appears on the prequalification letter is the correct division logo (not parent company logo)
- Navigate to the “Shop for Rates”: Menu > Pricing & Fees > Shop for Rates
- Ensure all required fields on the “Shop for Rates” page are populated
- Select Shop for Rates
- On the “Pricing Results” page, select two or more eligible loan products
- Select Create Quotes
- Select the Document icon that appears in the download column
- Open the document downloaded in the previous step
- VERIFY: logo that appears at the top of the document is the correct division logo (not parent company logo)
- Navigate to the Income tab of the loan application
- Select Run eVOI
- VERIFY: eVOI is successful
- Navigate to the DocVault: Menu > Actions > DocVault
- Select TWN eVOI Report (appears in the Income section)
- VERIFY: logo that appears on the eVOI report is the correct division logo (not parent company logo)
- Navigate to the “SecureLink” page: Menu > Actions > SecureLink
- Use the email modal window that appears to do the following:
- Use the To: drop-down menu to select the primary borrower as the addressee of the email
- Use the Template drop-down menu to select Sign Initial Disclosures
- Send the SecureLink
- Save and log out of oPOS
- Log in to cPOS as the primary borrower using the SecureLink emailed in previous step
- VERIFY: borrower is prompted to provide eConsent
- Provide eConsent
- Log out of cPOS
- Log in to oPOS
- Navigate to the DocVault: Menu > Actions > DocVault
- Select Borrower eConsent Document (aka Record of Borrower e-Consent History) (under Application section)
- VERIFY: logo that appears on the eConsent Document is the correct division logo (not parent company logo)
- Repeat steps #1-34 with the following amendments:
- Create a refinance loan in step #2 instead of a purchase loan
Use Case #2: Division with Logo, Branch with Logo
Prerequisites:
- Logo is added for test Division
- Logo is added for test Branch
Testing Process:
- Log in to oPOS as an LO assigned to the test Branch/Division
- Create a new purchase loan
- Complete the loan application
- Make sure to include the primary borrower’s email address (Personal tab)
