Overview
Release 6.0.3000 includes the following changes to the Loan Officer Contact Card that appears on the consumer site (cPOS):
- When a Division has been designated as a separate business entity, the company information that appears at the bottom of the Loan Officer Contact Card in cPOS now displays information about the Division, not the information of the parent company/organization. This allows each Division to direct their borrowers more precisely to the proper office.
Loan Officer Contact Card - Division Information
The loan contact card contains the following information about the Division:
- Name
- NMLS#
- Telephone #

Acceptance Criteria
Testing: Loan Officer Contact Card - Division-Level
Testing Setup:
- Create a company hierarchy with the following units:
- Company
- Two divisions, each designated as a separate business entity (Division A, Division B)
- Add the following information for each unit in the hierarchy:
- Name
- NMLS ID#
- Telephone Number
- Assign individuals in each of the following roles to both divisions in the company:
- Loan Officer
- Loan Officer Assistant
- One test borrower has registered with the same email address on the respective consumer sites for both divisions
Use Case #1: Contact Card
- Log in to Division A's consumer site as test borrower
- VERIFY: bottom of Loan Officer Contact Card contains Division A's name, NMLS ID#, and phone number
- Repeat step #1 with Division B
