Send Borrower Information from Lender Site to cPOS [Client-Specific Enhancement]

Overview

Release 6.0.4000 includes the following changes to cPOS:

• integration with lender site has been updated to allow users to send basic lead information about potential borrowers to cPOS without creating a new loan application in oPOS

Note: this feature is client-specific and does not affect all customers

What information is sent to cPOS?

When the following pieces of information are collected by the lender's site, they will automatically populate the designated fields in cPOS:

• Borrower First Name - populates the 'First Name' field on the cPOS registration page 
• Borrower Last Name - populates the 'Last Name' field on the cPOS registration page
• Borrower Email Address - populates the 'Email' field on the cPOS registration page
• Loan Purpose - populates the 'Loan Purpose' field on the "Loan Purpose" page
• Borrower Full Name - populates the 'Name' field on the "Personal" page of the loan application
• Borrower Telephone Number - populates the 'Phone Number' field on the "Personal" page of the loan application
• Subject Property State - populates the 'State' field on the "Property" page of the loan application

Acceptance Criteria

1. Open lender's consumer site landing page
2. Provide the following pieces of borrower information:
   • Borrower's First and Last Name
   • Preferred Phone
   • Phone Type (Home/Cell/Work)
   • Borrower's Email
   • Loan Purpose (Purchase or Refinance)
   • Select the "State" of the subject property address
3. Submit the borrower information
   • VERIFY: borrower is re-directed to cPOS registration page
   • VERIFY: the following fields are populated with the information entered in step #2
     • 'First Name'
     • 'Last Name'
     • 'Email'
4. Complete the remaining fields on the registration page and click Register
5. Click Begin to start the loan application
   • VERIFY: borrower is directed to the "Loan Purpose" page
   • VERIFY: checkbox for loan purpose identified in step #2 is selected
6. Continue completing the loan application until reaching the "Personal" page
   • VERIFY: borrower's name is populated in the 'First Name' and 'Last Name' fields
   • VERIFY: phone number is populated in the 'Phone Number' field
   • VERIFY: email address is populated in the 'Email' field
   • VERIFY: phone type is populated in the 'Phone Type' field
7. Continue completing the loan application until reaching the 'Property' section
   • VERIFY: state is populated in the 'State' field
