Send Borrower Information from Lender Site to cPOS (Client-Specific Enhancement)
- integration with lender site has been updated to allow users to send basic lead information about potential borrowers to cPOS without needing to create a new loan application in oPOS
Enhancements to the Borrower’s Needs List (Client-Specific Enhancement)
- documents that do not require any borrower action have been removed from the Borrower's Needs List (BNL)
- new business documents have been added to the BNL if the borrower indicates that they are self-employed
Enhancements to cPOS Loan Status Mapping (Client-Specific Enhancement)*
- several changes to cPOS loan status mapping have been made corresponding to the LOS milestone status when the LOS is the system of record

Merge New Credit Report with Existing Data
- When a user attempts to run credit on a loan that already has credit data, they will now be given the option to merge the new credit report with the old information or to replace it with the new report
Select Credit Provider When Running New Report*
- When running a new credit report, users can now choose a specific provider from a pre-determined list of approved vendors
Enhancements to Email Management*
- A new configuration has been added to specify where email notifications will appear to be sent "From" from the borrower's perspective.
- A new email notification template has been added to allow users to send appraisal status updates to their loan team
Enhancements to Appraisal Center
- Users can now set up multiple loan team members to receive email notifications for status updates about appraisals
Create a New Price Quote Without Updating Pricing
- Users can now generate a price quote pdf at any time after applying a loan product without being required to update pricing on the loan
Enhancements to Adverse Loan Options
- New options have been added to the "Adverse Reason" modal window in order to make it easier to export adverse information to your LOS
Enhancements to AUS Integrations
- Users are no longer required to enter the address of the borrower's employer in order to run AUS in oPOS
Enhancements to Aggregated Adjustment*
- The Aggregate Adjustment can now be configured to be calculated automatically
Enhancements to Locking & Adjustments: Automated Concessions*
- New configurations allow admins to enable price concessions to be processed automatically

iMP System Admin
Enhancements to iMP System Admin - Channel Logos and Search Functionality*
- Users with access to iMP System Admin will now be able to edit company-level website information, add a logo at the Channel level, and search for user profiles by branch, channel, NMLS#, or LSID
- Logic has been added to the system to highlight mismatch detections between iMP System Admin and oPOS hierarchy mismatches
Conditions Menu Option Configuration*
- There is no longer a dependency on the environment type to view the "Conditions" UI (TPO), rather retail clientele can configure access to the "Conditions" section within iMP System Admin
