Overview
The following enhancements have been added to "Change of Circumstance (COC)" evaluations within the CV platform. Prior to 6.0.1000 release, any system checks related to COC's were using a list of fields defined as impacts pricing or locking, notably omitting COC list of fields defined as impacts to fees. Within this release, CV has enhanced the list of monitored COC fields to include those that impact fees. When the system detects a COC with the enhanced fee implications and an update to Locking and Adjustments is needed, the system will display a popup notification to inform the user to take action.
Monitored Fields Impacting Fees
The following fields will be monitored for changes as they may result in an impact to fee updates and ultimately a COC within the loan file.

When there is a COC impact to fees detected by the system the user will see the following notifications displayed within the OPOS:

Lastly, this step has been added to the disclosure creation workflow to ensure the fees within disclosures reflect the latest updates to fees.
Acceptance Criteria
- Create a new loan
- Navigate to screen "LOAN \ PRICING & FEES \ Shop for Rates"
- Complete the scenario
- Click button "Shop for Rates"
- Wait for system to load next page "Pricing Results"
- Click button "Apply" on an product in the Eligibile List.
- Wait for system to redirect to next page "Personal" or "Loan Details"
- Complete the application
- include changes to fields on the COC list used for pricing services (query from database)
- include changes to fields on the COC list used for fees services (query from database)
- Navigate to screen "LOAN \ APPLICATION \ Loan Details"
- click button "Update Fees"
- system will perform Update fees functionality.
- Navigate to screen "LOAN \ APPLICATION \ Loan Details"
- click button "Update Pricing"
- Wait for system to load the modal "COC Tracking"
- Review the list of fields displayed at bottom section denoting changes since last pricing call.
- VERIFY the list of fields is consisting with the COC list used for pricing services (query from database)
Check locking calls are triggered with COC Lists used for locking {test of new functionality with this feature}
- Continue with Use Case above, or create a new loan
- Navigate to screen "LOAN \ PRICING & FEES \ Locking & Adjustments"
- Click button "Submit Lock Request"
- Follow the prompts to submit lock request.
- Wait for the system to update screen with Lock Status = "Locked".
- Navigate to APPLICATION tabs (Personal, Property, etc)
- make changes to the application
- include changes to fields on the COC list used for locking services (query from database)
- include changes to fields on the COC list used for fees services (query from database)
- Navigate to screen "LOAN \ APPLICATION \ Loan Details"
- click button "Create Disclosures"
- Wait for the system to load the modal "COC Tracking"
- Review the list of fields displayed at bottom section denoting changes since last pricing call.
- VERIFY the list of fields is consisting with the COC list used for locking services (query from database)
- Completed the "Update Lock" functionality
- Navigate to screen "LOAN \ APPLICATION \ Loan Details"
- click button "Create Disclosures"
- Wait for system to load the modal "COC Tracking"
- Review the list of fields displayed at bottom section denoting changes since last pricing call.
- VERIFY the list of fields is consisting with the COC list used for fees services (query from database)
