The cPOS menu is where borrowers can manage their loans, edit their account information, or sign out from the system.
While borrowers are signed in to cPOS, the menu can be accessed at any time by selecting in the left portion of the header
This menu contains the following options:
On the "My Loans" page, borrowers can start a new loan application or continue working on an existing loan.
- Apply for new loan - by selecting this button, borrowers can start a new loan application
- Loan card - every existing loan associated with the borrower's account appears as a separate card on this page. Each card contains the subject property address, the loan purpose, loan amount, current status, and the interest rate.
Depending on the status of the borrower's loans, these cards can be used to Continue (on unfinished loans) or View Your Loan (on funded or decisioned loans)
On the "My Account" page, borrowers can update the email address and password that they use to log in to cPOS. In order to update their password, borrowers will need their current password.

When borrowers select the "Sign Out" option they will be redirected to the "Sign-in" page.
