Any existing loan in the Cloudvirga system can be exported to create an FNM 3.2 or MISMO 3.4 file. These standardized file formats can be used to back up a loan record or to import it into other systems. This article provides instructions for exporting a loan into one of these file types.
Prerequisites - Necessary Privileges
Users must be granted the 'FNM 3.2 and MISMO 3.4 file export' privilege in order to export a loan
An Admin user can follow these steps to enable this privilege:
- Log in to iMP System Admin
- Select User Accounts > User Profiles
- Use the search or filter fields to locate the user profile for the person you want to grant the privilege to. Click on their name and select Edit
- Open the Privileges tab
- Select the checkbox for the privilege labelled 'FNM 3.2 and MISMO 3.4 file export'

When the above privilege is enabled, the loan export option appears in the loan menu:

Once you have selected the desired file type, click Export to save the loan and begin the export process.
Note: the selected loan must have received a loan number from the LOS before it can be exported.
It may take several moments for the system to generate the file. When the export process is complete, you will automatically be directed to the DocVault, where you can view or download the created file.
