Overview
Release 6.1.1000 provides additional support to export pricing and fee data via MISMO 3.4 to the lender's LOS when certain pricing and fee events occur in TPO after the line-of-demarcation (LOD) has been passed. This ensures that the information stored in the LOS remains up to date with the pricing and fee engines. To enable the export functionality, the following changes have been made:
- a new product called "Partial Export to LOS" has been added to Vendor Manager. This product is used to enable the export functionality and to provide the endpoint URL for the exported data
- a new configuration tool called "Auto Export to LOS (Partial)" has been added to Admin Settings in TPO. This tool can be used to configure the export triggers.
This update only affects MISMO 3.4 exports, and does not apply to Encompass users.

By default, the partial export event is triggered by a number of pricing and fee events when they occur post-LOD. However, Admin users can configure which events will trigger a partial export. This section provides an overview of the default triggers and instructions for modifying the trigger configuration.
Default Partial Export Triggers
- Initial Lock Request
- Lock Update
- No Lock > Locked
- Lock Requested > Locked
- Lock Requested > Lock Cancelled
- Lock Requested > Lock Denied
- Locked > Lock Cancelled
- Locked > Lock Denied

Configure Export Triggers
Users with Admin credentials can change the export triggers using the Auto Export Configuration Menu. This menu is located under General Settings in the Admin menu.
To enable or disable any of the export triggers, use the following steps:
- Select Export to CSV, which will download an excel file containing each of the system's export triggers and their respective export configurations
- In this spreadsheet, locate the triggers you would like to edit in column D ('ActionTypeDescription'). The partial export triggers are located in rows 64-83
- To enable an inactive export trigger, change the corresponding value in column M ('Value') to 'True.' To disable an active trigger, change the corresponding value in this column to 'False.'
- When you are done changing trigger statuses, save the Excel file
- In the Export Configuration menu, select Import to JSON and upload the updated Excel file. The export triggers will now be updated and a green checkmark should appear in the Auto Export Action column for the corresponding triggers
