Enhancements to Disclosure Tracking - Configure Disclosure Delivery Date*

Overview

Release 6.1.1000 provides the following updates to Disclosure Tracking:

  • A new configuration called 'Delivery Requires' has been added to iMP System Admin that gives Admin users the ability to determine which circumstances trigger the Disclosures Delivery Date to be set
  • The disclosure status 'Waiting for Signature' has been updated to appear conditionally based upon the Disclosures Delivery Date

These changes help to ensure that the "Waiting for Signature" status does not appear prematurely, particularly for online borrowers. This update will cause the "Waiting for Signature" status to appear for online borrowers only after they have provided eConsent. 

 

New Configuration - Delivery Requires

This configuration is used to determine when the system considers disclosures to be delivered and, accordingly, when it displays the 'Waiting for Signature' status in Disclosure Tracking.

 

Configuration Details

Location: iMP System Admin > Integrations and Vendors > Disclosures

Configuration Name: "Delivery Requires"

Configuration Values:

  • Primary Borrower - when this option is selected, the Disclosure Delivery Date is set only after the primary borrower receives a SecureLink and provides eConsent on the consumer site
  • Any Single Borrower (Default) - when this option is selected, the Disclosure Delivery Date is set after any borrower on the loan receives a SecureLink and provides eConsent on the consumer site
  • All Borrowers - when this option is selected, the Disclosure Delivery Date is set only after all borrowers on the current loan have received a SecureLink and provided eConsent on the consumer site

*Note: when all borrowers are offline (i.e. no consumer site), the Disclosure Delivery Date is set when the disclosure package is mailed to all borrowers, regardless of the value of this configuration. In this case, the "Waiting for Signature" status is also set when the disclosure package is mailed.

Acceptance Criteria

Use Case #1: Single Borrower - Primary 
 
  1. Set 'Delivery Requires' configuration to 'Primary Borrower'
  2. Create new loan with single online borrower
  3. Complete the Application 
  4. Shop for Rates and apply a loan product
  5. Request initial disclosures and have them sent to the borrower
  6. Navigate to Disclosure Tracking
  7. VERIFY: the disclosure status has not updated to 'Waiting for Signature' 
  8. As the borrower, log in to cPOS and provide eConsent and log out
  9. Return to Disclosure Tracking
  10. VERIFY: the disclosure status is updated to 'Waiting for Signature'

Use Case #2: Joint - Primary

  1. Set 'Delivery Requires' configuration to 'Primary Borrower'
  2. Create new loan with joint online borrowers
  3. Complete the Application 
  4. Shop for Rates and apply a loan product
  5. Request initial disclosures and have them sent to the borrowers
  6. Navigate to Disclosure Tracking
  7. VERIFY: the disclosure status has not updated to 'Waiting for Signature' 
  8. As the primary borrower, log in to cPOS and provide eConsent and log out
  9. Return to Disclosure Tracking
  10. VERIFY: the disclosure status is updated to 'Waiting for Signature'

Use Case #3: Joint - Any Single Borrower

  1. Set 'Delivery Requires' configuration to 'Primary Borrower'
  2. Create new loan with joint online borrowers
  3. Complete the Application 
  4. Shop for Rates and apply a loan product
  5. Request initial disclosures and have them sent to the borrowers
  6. Navigate to Disclosure Tracking
  7. VERIFY: the disclosure status has not updated to 'Waiting for Signature' 
  8. As the co-borrower, log in to cPOS and provide eConsent and log out
  9. Return to Disclosure Tracking
  10. VERIFY: the disclosure status is updated to 'Waiting for Signature'

Use Case #4: Joint - All Borrowers

  1. Set 'Delivery Requires' configuration to 'Primary Borrower'
  2. Create new loan with joint online borrowers
  3. Complete the Application 
  4. Shop for Rates and apply a loan product
  5. Request initial disclosures and have them sent to the borrowers
  6. Navigate to Disclosure Tracking
  7. VERIFY: the disclosure status has not updated to 'Waiting for Signature' 
  8. As the primary borrower, log in to cPOS and provide eConsent and log out
  9. Return to Disclosure Tracking
  10. VERIFY: the disclosure status has not updated to 'Waiting for Signature' 
  11. As the co-borrower, log in to cPOS and provide eConsent and log out
  12. Return to Disclosure Tracking
  13. VERIFY: the disclosure status is updated to 'Waiting for Signature'
