Overview
Release 6.1.1000 provides Admin users with the ability to hide certain documents from the Document Type drop-down menu in the document review window that appears when a document is uploaded in the Borrower's Needs List or the DocVault. This allows users to streamline the document review process by removing unnecessary options from the available list, such as vendor- or system-generated documents.

Document Admin Page
This new page allows Admin users to hide and unhide documents from the Document Type dropdown on the Review Documents flyout found in both the "Borrower's Needs List" and "DocVault" pages when documents are uploaded. Each currently-hidden document type is listed on this page.
Adding Documents to the Hidden List
- Log in to oPOS/TPO with Admin privileges
- Open the Admin+ menu
- Select Document Admin under General Settings
-
Open the Document Type drop-down menu and search for the document that should be hidden
-
Select Add
-
At the bottom of the page, select Save
Once a document type has been added to the hidden list, it will no longer appear in the Document Type field within the "Review Documents" window when classifying documents.
If an expected document does not appear in this menu, make sure that it is not configured to be hidden. To remove a document from the hidden list and have it appear in the Document Type menu again, select next to the corresponding document in the hidden list.
