Overview
Release 6.1.1000 provides additional support for auto-exporting uploaded documents from TPO to Encompass. These documents can now be configured to export automatically at pre-determined trigger points throughout the loan process and have them classified accordingly into a set of configurable folders in Encompass. This update gives lenders more control and flexibility over how documents uploaded by brokers/borrowers are classified and organized in Encompass.
This release note provides instructions for setting up the auto-export functionality and for re-configuring the default folder structure into which documents are exported.

Configuration Set Up
The following configurations must be set up in iMP System Admin to enable the auto-export functionality
Enable Export Document to LOS
This configuration is used to enable the general system integration that allows documents to be exported from Cloudvirga's Intelligent Mortgage Platform (iMP) to different LOS platforms.
This setting is located under General Settings within iMP System Admin
Locate the setting called 'Enable Export Document to LOS' and make sure that Yes is selected
Classify Documents by Workflow
When this configuration is enabled, users will not classify documents individually when they are uploaded. Instead, documents will be classified automatically at certain key trigger points throughout the loan process (Loan Submission, Requesting ICD, Closing Docs, etc.). Utilizing this functionality prevents documents from exporting immediately upon upload, which can make it difficult to keep exported files organized in Encompass. This configuration helps to ensure that uploaded documents are exported strategically and stored in coherent groupings.
This configuration is located under Environment Configurations in iMP System Admin
Auto Export Documents By Workflow
This configuration is used to enable the export by workflow functionality so that the auto-classified documents above are exported to corresponding folders in Encompass.
To enable this configuration, select Document Export from the Admin menu
In the document export configuration menu, set the toggle switch for Auto Export Documents by Workflow to the "ON" position
Note: by default, this configuration is turned on for TPO users, and is turned off for Retail users.

When this configuration is enabled, documents will be exported at a default set of trigger points and will be sent to a default set of Encompass folders (see below for a full list of the default triggers and folder names). However, users can configure the folders to which documents are sent using this configuration menu.
The table on this page contains a list of the various document types, the default folders into which they will be exported, and their respective export triggers.
To change the folder name for a particular document type, enter the new folder name into the Configured Folder Name field for that row.
To add additional document types to the export list, use the Document Type drop-down menu and search for the document you want to add. When the correct document is selected, click Add
This will create a new row in the table for the added document type. By default, added documents are sent to a folder called "CV - Additional Documents." To change the name of the default folder for added documents, enter a new name in the Default LOS Folder Name field.
Make sure that the Enabled checkbox is selected and select one or more of the following options to determine when the document is exported:
- SUB100 - export on submission of the loan to the lender
- CDOC - export on requesting closing documents
- ICD1000 - export on requesting initial closing disclosure
- LCR100 - export on submission of change request
If you want this menu to show only uploaded documents, select the Hide System Defined Records checkbox
When you are done configuring the document export settings, select Save at the bottom of the page.

Default Export Triggers and Folders
The following table contains a list of each of the auto-export triggers, the corresponding documents that are uploaded at each stage, and the default Encompass folder into which the documents are exported. It should be noted that the triggers defined below primarily affect user- or borrower-uploaded documents, and that documents generated within the system (such as credit reports, AUS results, etc.) are exported together when the loan is submitted, and are exported upon receipt post-loan submission.

Acceptance Criteria
- LOS is Encompass
- Environment = TPO
- Configuration: 'Enable Export Documents to LOS' is set to 'Yes'
- Configuration: 'DocVault.ClassificationByWorkflow' is set to 'True'
Testing Process:
- Log in to TPO
- Create a new purchase loan
- Complete the loan application and apply a loan product
- Open the Borrower's Needs List and upload test documents for each of the items without accepting or rejecting any of them
- Reject one of the uploaded documents
- Accept all but one of the remaining documents
- Open the loan in Encompass
- VERIFY: none of the documents uploaded in step #4 have been exported to Encompass
- Go to the Submit tab and complete the required tasks (Request Disclosures, AUS, etc.)
- When all tasks are complete, Submit the loan to the lender
- VERIFY: a validation modal window appears with a message that some documents need review and that these documents will not be exported to the lender
- Slick Submit Loan and save the loan
- Open the loan in Encompass
- VERIFY: the following documents have been exported into the corresponding folders:
- Accepted BNL item documents: 'CV - Submit Loan - Additional Loan Docs'
- Disclosure Package(s): 'Initial Disclosures'
- Disclosure Package(s) - Signed: 'Initial Disclosures Signed'
- VERIFY: the following documents have not been exported:
- BNL item document with 'Rejected' status
- BNL item document with 'Needs Review' status
- Create multiple conditions for the loan in Encompass
- Return to the loan in TPO and navigate to the Borrower's Needs List
- VERIFY: the following message appears at the top of the page in red: "IMPORTANT: This loan has been submitted to your lender. Post-Submit, only borrower documents associated to a Condition will export to the lender."
- Accept the document that was previously rejected, attach it to one of the conditions created in step and Save
- Submit the condition that the document from step #19 was attached to and save the loan
- Open the loan in Encompass
- VERIFY: document from step #19 has been exported into the 'CV - Multiple Conditions' folder
- Return to the loan in TPO and navigate to the Request ICD tab
- Complete the required tasks on this page, including uploading invoices
- When all tasks are complete, submit the ICD Request and save the loan
- Open the loan in Encompass
- VERIFY: invoices uploaded in step #24 have been exported to into the 'CV - Invoice' folder
- Return to the loan in TPO and navigate to the Closing Docs tab
- Complete the required Closing Docs tasks, including uploading additional invoices
- Repeat steps #22-24
