Overview
Release 6.1.1000 includes the following changes to the "My Pipeline" page in TPO:
- A new column has been added to the user pipeline for 'Submission Status,' which indicates whether the loan has been submitted to the lender
- Cleaned up the Submission Message Bars to be consistent across all possible messages and provide the Broker with a link to view the Failed and Rejected message received from the Loan Origination System (LOS)
- Created a new modal window that will display when the user clicks on the View Details link in the Rejected and Failed submission message bars
- Updated the body of the "Loan Submission Status Update" notification email template and when to trigger the notification email being sent

New Column in "My Pipeline" Page
The Submission Status column that has been added to the "My Pipeline" page allows Brokers to check on the submission status of their current loans
- Submission Status is defaulted to be a "Selected Column" in all possible 'Lists' views (with the exception of 'My Lists') that will show after the 'Loan Status' column header
- If 'Loan Status' is not a default column for a List view, then add the 'Submissions Status' column before the 'Loan Officer' column header

Submission Message Bars
The message bars that appear in "My Pipeline" when a submission is made have been modified in order to provide more information and consistency to Brokers. These message bars also provide the Broker with a link to view the Failed and Rejected message received from the Loan Origination System (LOS). The new messages are:

- Submission In Process: "on {Date} at {Time AM/PM}. While waiting, you can no longer Run Credit, Run AUS, or Create Initial Disclosures"
- Submitted to Lender
- Lender Data has been received: "Submitted to Lender - on {Date} at {Time AM/PM}. To change loan information: Request Changes. Lender Data updated on {Date} at {Time}: View Lender Data"
- Lender Data has not been received: "Submitted to Lender - on {Date} at {Time AM/PM}. To change loan information: Request Changes"
- Submission Error: "on {Date} at {Time AM/PM}. An error occurred during the loan submission. Please reach out to your lender or Account Executive, then resubmit your loan"
- Submission Failed: "on {Date} at {Time}. View Details or reach out to your lender or Account Executive, then resubmit your loan"
- If the user clicks on the View Details link in the Submission Failed message bar, then a Submission Failed modal window will appear
- Submission Rejected by Lender: on {Date} at {Time}. View Details or reach out to your lender or Account Executive."
- If the user clicks on the View Details link in the Submission Rejected by Lender message bar, then a Submission Rejected by Lender modal window will appear

Loan Submission Status Update Notification Email
The body of the "Loan Submission Status Update" notification email template has been modified to inform the Borrower of the status change on the Loan Application:
'The Loan submission status for (Borrower's First Name) (Borrower's Last Name) updated to (LoanSubmittedStatusType).'
Note: This email will only be triggered when the Loan Submission Status is "Accepted", "Rejected", "Failed", or "Error"

View Details Modal Window
When the View Details button displayed in the Loan Submission Rejected by Lender and Loan Submission Failed message bars are clicked, modal windows respective to each message bar will appear below the View Details button with the message received from the LOS. There are two modal windows:
- Loan Submission Rejected by Lender modal window
- Loan Submission Failed modal window

Acceptance Criteria
Use Case 1: Loan Submitted - Loan Statuses; Not Submitted, Received, Failed, Rejected & Accepted
- Preconditions:
- Environment = TPO
- CV Test LO user account/credentials
- Encompass Test LO user account/credentials
- Update/Confirm the following Configurations in System Admin (Configuration - Integrations)
- MaxRetryCount = 3
- RetryInterval = 0:01:00 (1 minute before next retry is triggered)
- Sign In to TPO
- Start a New Loan Application
- Complete the Loan App
- Shop for Rates
- Apply for a Loan Product
- Run AUS
- Create Initial Disclosures
- Save the loan
- Navigate to "My Pipeline" and find your Loan Application
- Verify: the Submission Status column displays 'Not Submitted'
- Open your Loan Application in TPO
- Open your Loan Application in Encompass
- Submit the Loan Application from TPO
- Verify: you are prompted with the 'Loan Submission Failed' modal window once the submission fails
- Close out of the modal window
- Verify: the Submission Failed message bar is displayed with the updated messaging:
- 'Submission Failed - on {Date} at {Time}. View Details or reach out to your lender or Account Executive, then resubmit your loan.'
- Click on View Details
- Verify: the Loan Submission Failed modal window is displayed directly below the View Details link in the message bar and contains the following message:
- 'The following error occurred while submitting this loan to the lender: Export unsuccessful since the Loan is locked by user {Username} in encompass.'
- Close out of the modal window
- The retry logic is in progress, wait for all retries to complete
- Verify: the "Loan Submission Status Update" notification email was triggered and sent to the LO after the last retry was completed:
- 'The loan submission status for {Borrower First Name} {Borrower Last Name} updated to Failed.'
- Navigate to "My Pipeline" and find your Loan Application
- Verify: the 'Submission Status' column displays 'Failed'
- Open your Loan Application in TPO
- Submit the Loan Application from TPO
- Verify: you are prompted with the Loan Submission Failed modal window once the submission fails
- Close out of the modal window
- Close out of the Loan Application in Encompass before the last retry is completed
- Verify: you are prompted with the Loan Submission in Process modal window once the submission is successfully sent to the LOS
- Close out of the modal window
- Verify: the Submission in Process message bar is displayed with the following message:
- 'Submission in Process - on {Date} at {Time AM/PM}. While waiting, you can no longer Run Credit, Run AUS, or Create Initial Disclosures.'
- Navigate to "My Pipeline" and find your Loan Application
- Verify: the Submission Status column displays 'Received'
- Open the Loan Application in Encompass
- Navigate to the CV TPO Information form
- Confirm the 'Submission Status' displays 'Requested'
- Enter a 'Submission Rejection Reason' that is 255 characters
- Click on the 'Reject' button
- Be sure to click on the button and do Not change the dropdown value to 'Rejected'
- Save the Loan Application
- Close out of the Loan Application in Encompass
- Sign Out of TPO
- Sign In to TPO in order to refresh the loan
- Find your Loan Application in the pipeline
- Verify: the 'Submission Status' column displays 'Rejected'
- Open the Loan Application in TPO
- Verify: the Submission Rejected by Lender message bar is displayed
- 'Submission Rejected by Lender - on {Date} at {Time}. View Details or reach out to your lender or Account Executive.'
- Click on View Details
- Verify: the Loan Submission Rejected by Lender modal window is displayed directly below the View Details link in the message bar
- Verify: a scroll bar is displayed and allows the user to scroll through the entire 255 character message
- Verify: the Loan Submission Status Update notification email was sent to the LO with the following message:
- 'The loan submission status for {Borrower First Name} {Borrower Last Name} updated to Rejected.'
- Close out of your Loan Application in Loan Center
- Open your Loan Application in Encompass
- Navigate to the CV TPO Information Form
- Click on the Accept button
- Note: be sure to click on the button and do not change the dropdown value to 'Accepted'
- Save the Loan Application
- Close out of the Loan Application in Encompass
- Sign Out of TPO
- Sign In to TPO in order to refresh the loan
- Navigate to "My Pipeline" and find your Loan Application
- Verify: the 'Submission Status' column displays 'Accepted'
- Open the Loan Application in Loan Center
- Verify: the "Submitted to Lender" bar is displayed with the following message:
- 'Submitted to Lender - on {Date} at {Time AM/PM}. To change loan information: Request Changes.'
- Sign out of the Loan Application in TPO
- Open Encompass and edit portions of the Loan Application Data and Save in order for this data be pushed back to TPO
- Sign out of Encompass
- Sign In to TPO and open your Loan Application
- Verify: The Submitted to Lender message bar is displayed with the following message:
- 'Submitted to Lender - on {Date} at {Time AM/PM}. To change loan information: Request Changes. Lender Data updated on {Date} at {Time}: View Lender Data.'
- Verify: The Loan Submission Status Update notification email was sent to the LO with the following message:
- 'The loan submission status for {Borrower First Name} {Borrower Last Name} updated to Accepted.'
Use Case 2: Loan Submitted - Loan Status Submitted & Error
- Preconditions:
- Environment: TPO
- CV Test LO user account/credentials needed
- Simulator
- Sign In to TPO
- Start a New Loan Application
- Complete the Loan Application
- Shop for Rates
- Apply for a Loan Product
- Run AUS
- Create Initial Disclosures
- Update the Borrower First Name to '400' in order to trigger an error
- Save
- Submit the Loan Application
- Wait for the Submission Status to update to "Error" (might take a minute to update)
- Verify: the Submission Error message bar is displayed with the following message:
- 'Submission Error - on {Date} at {Time AM/PM}. An error occurred during the loan submission. Please reach out to your lender or Account Executive, then resubmit your loan.'
- Navigate to "My Pipeline" and find your Loan Application
- Verify: the 'Submission Status' column displays 'Error'
- Verify: the "Loan Submission Status Update" notification email was sent to the LO with the following message:
- 'The loan submission status for {Borrower First Name} {Borrower Last Name} updated to Error.'
- Revert the Borrower's first name back to what it was before Step 9
- Click Save
- Submit the Loan Application
- Navigate to "My Pipeline" and find your Loan Application
- Verify: the 'Submission Status' column displays 'Submitted'
Use Case 3: Loan Submitted - Loan Status Received
- Preconditions:
- Environment: TPO
- CV Test LO user account/credentials
- The 'Disclosure' Submission Task is Optional
- Update/Confirm the following Configurations in System Admin (Configuration - Integrations)
- Sign in to TPO
- Start a New Loan Application
- Complete the Loan App
- Shop for Rates
- Apply for a Loan Product
- Run AUS
- Save
- Open your Loan Application in Encompass
- Submit the Loan Application from Loan Center
- Verify: you are prompted with the Loan Submission Failed modal window once the submission fails
- Close out of the modal window
- Verify: the Submission Failed message bar is displayed with the following message:
- 'Submission Failed - on {Date} at {Time}. View Details or reach out to your lender or Account Executive, then resubmit your loan.'
- Click on View Details
- Verify: The Loan Submission Failed modal window is displayed directly below the View Details link in the bar with the following message:
- 'The following error occurred while submitting this loan to the lender: Export unsuccessful since the Loan is locked by user {Username} in encompass.'
- Close out of the modal window
- The retry logic is in progress, wait for all retries to complete
- Verify: The Loan Submission Status Update notification email was triggered and sent to the LO after the last retry completed with the following message:
- Body of Email: "The loan submission status for {Borrower First Name} {Borrower Last Name} updated to Failed."
- Navigate to "My Pipeline" and find your Loan Application
- Verify: the 'Submission Status' column displays 'Failed'
- Open your Loan Application in Loan Center
- Submit the Loan Application from Loan Center (2nd Attempt at Submitting)
- Confirm you are prompted with the 'Loan Submission Failed' modal window once the submission fails
- Close out of the modal window
- Close out of the Loan Application in Encompass before the last retry is completed
- Verify: you are prompted with the Loan Submission in Process modal window once the submission is successfully sent to the LOS
- Close out of the modal window
- Verify: the Submission in Process bar is displayed with the following message:
- 'Submission in Process - on {Date} at {Time AM/PM}. While waiting, you can no longer Run Credit, Run AUS, or Create Initial Disclosures.'
- Navigate to "My Pipeline" and find your Loan Application
- Verify: the Submission Status column displays 'Received'
