Overview
Release 6.1.1000 adds three new roles to the system, Regional Sales Manager, Account Executive, and Account Manager. This feature provides enhancements to the Loan Assignments modal window in oPOS (TPO) to allow users with these new roles to be assigned to a loan.

Loan Assignments
The loan assignments window has been updated to include the new support team roles. These fields can be used to change the Regional Sales Manager, Account Executive, and Account Manager assigned to a particular loan. These drop-down menus will contain all users with the respective role who are associated to the Loan Officer's brokerage/branch.
Additional Loan Processors
The interface of this window has also been enhanced to allow users to add additional Loan Processors. The drop-down menu will contain a list of of available loan processors who are associated with the corresponding business unit. If a Loan Processor has already been assigned to the Other Loan Processors role, they cannot be selected in this menu. If the drop-down menu does not contain the expected users, reach out to an Admin user to ensure their user accounts are associated to the proper business unit(s).
When changes are made to the Loan Officer and Loan Processor fields, the corresponding fields in cPOS are updated for that specific loan:
Add a Contract Processor
A new field has been added to add Contract Processors. This field will be pre-populated with the user defined from the Loan Officer's Loan Team. Select Add Another Contract Processor to create another line for additional Contract Processors
User Contact Cards
Users can also now select next to a users name to view their contact information

Use Case #1: oPOS (TPO) Contract Processor field label update
- Preconditions:
- Test User has Admin credentials
- Environment: oPOS (TPO)
- Sign in to iMP System Admin
- Navigate to the "User Profiles" screen
- Expand the Role Filter dropdown
- VERIFY: Contract Processor is the updated value displayed
- Open an existing User Profile
- VERIFY: Contract Processor is the updated field label displayed
- Click the Add button to the right of the Contract Processor field
- VERIFY: Contract Processor 2 is the field label displayed
- Click into the Roles/Privileges tab
- VERIFY: Contract Processor is the updated Role label
- Navigate to the "Role Management" page
- VERIFY: Contract Processor is the updated Role label

- Preconditions:
- Test LO User Profile has Admin credentials
- Test LO User Profile has the Edit Loan Assignments privilege
- Environment: oPOS (TPO)
- Set the Business Entity flag at one of the Divisions
- Update your Test LO Profile to have the following information completed:
- Job Title
- Email Address
- Work Phone and Extension
- Cell Phone Number
- Set the following Support Team roles at the Channel level matching the Channel associated to your Test LO Profile as 'Select One'
- Regional Sales Manager = Select One
- Account Executive = Select One
- Account Manager = Select One
- Sign in to oPOS (TPO)
- Open an existing Loan that is assigned to your Test LO and has the Division with the Business Entity flag set to 'Yes'
- Open the Loan Assignments modal window
- VERIFY: The title is updated to Loan Assignments & Access Loan # {Loan#}
- VERIFY: The following section headers are updated to a green font color:
- {Lender Name} - Support Team section header
- Your Loan Team section header

- Preconditions:
- Test LO User Profile has Admin credentials
- Test LO User Profile does Not have the "Edit Loan Assignments" privilege
- Environment = oPOS (TPO)
- Do Not set the 'Business Entity' flag at ANY of the Divisions
- Update your Test LO Profile to Not have the following information completed:
- Job Title
- Work Phone + Ext
- Cell Phone Number
- Note: keep the Email Address
- Set the following Support Team roles at the Channel level matching the Channel associated to your Test LO Profile with a user from the dropdown list
- Regional Sales Manager = {User 1}
- Account Executive = {User 2}
- Account Manager = {User 3}
- Sign In to oPOS (TPO)
- Open an existing Loan that is assigned to your Test LO ANDhas the Division with the 'Business Entity' flag set to 'No'
