Release 6.1.1000 includes the following updates to iMP System Admin:
- The existing configuration "Disclosures.TaxTranscriptRequest.DefaultMappings" has been updated to include an additional field ("Sect5Name2") that is used to provide a second IVES participant name to be designated "care of' in section 5 on form 4506-C. This ensures that a second IVES participant name can be properly exported to DocuTech and the LOS so that forms 4506-C (IVES Request for Transcript of Tax Return) and SSA-89 (Authorization for SSA to Release SSN Verification) are generated correctly by the system.
NOTE: This feature requires configuration additions to the JSON Blob, which clients must work with a Cloudvirga team member to configure. Please reach out to your Cloudvirga Implementation team if test cases do not pass for this feature as configurations are automatically set with release deployment.

Acceptance Criteria
Use Case #1: Configuration - Additional Field
- Log in to iMP System Admin
- Navigate to Configuration - Environment
- VERIFY: configuration "Disclosures.TaxTranscriptRequest.DefaultMappings" contains the field "Sect5Name2" within the JSON Blob
Use Case #2: Document Generation (Joint Application)
- Log in to oPOS/TPO
- Start a new joint loan application
- Complete six pieces of information
- On the Income tab of the loan application, enter Employment Records for both borrowers where Employment Type = Employed
- Click on the Edit Transcript Request Forms link
- Finish completing the Transcript Request Forms for both borrowers
- Shop for Rates and apply a loan product
- Request Initial Disclosures
- Wait for the Disclosure Package to be returned
- Open the Disclosure Package
- VERIFY: The IVES information in Section 5 of the 4506-C document(s) is populated correctly, as indicated in the Requirements
- VERIFY: The Agent Name information on the SSA-89 document(s) is populated correctly, as indicated in the Requirements
- Export the loan to the LOS and wait for the export to complete
- Open the loan in the LOS
- VERIFY: The value for 'Sect5Name2' has been exported to the LOS correctly
Use Case #3: Document Generation (Jointly-Filed Returns)
- Complete Use Case #2 steps 1-5
- Set Joint Return with Co-Borrower = Yes for the borrower's Transcript Request Form
- Finish completing the (Joint) Transcript Request Form for both borrowers
- Complete Use Case 2 steps 7-15
Use Case #4: Document Generation (Self-Employed Borrower)
- Complete Use Case #2 steps 1-3
- On the Income tab, enter the following Employment Records:
- Borrower: Employment Type = Self-Employed
- Co-Borrower: Employment Type = Employed
- Complete Use Case 2 steps 5-15
Use Case #5: Document Generation (Self-Employed Co-Borrower)
- Complete Use Case #2 steps 1-3
- On the Income tab, enter the following Employment Records:
- Borrower: Employment Type = Employed
