Overview
Release 6.1.1000 provides new functionality to enable users with the appropriate privilege to reassign the loan officer or another loan team member on multiple loans at the same time. This makes it easy to manage loan assignments when similar changes to the loan team need to be made to more than one loan.
Required Privilege(s)
In order to the new bulk loan reassignment tool, a user must first be granted the "Bulk LO Reassignments" privilege in iMP System Admin
Reassign Loans in Bulk
When an Admin user has the "Bulk LO Reassignments" privilege, the Bulk Reassignments option will appear in the Admin menu
This button will open a dedicated reassignments pipeline view that contains the loans that the current user has access to.
This list view functions similarly to the standard pipeline and can be filtered by any of the visible columns (except the Application Date). Use the Clear Filters button to reset any applied filters.
After any desired filters have been applied, use the checkboxes on the left to select which loans should be re-assigned. Alternatively, use the Select All button to check all of the currently visible boxes in the pipeline.
Note: users can only select multiple loans at the same time if they belong to the same division. If a selected loan does not belong to a division, users will only be select other loans without a division.
When all loans requiring reassignment have been selected, the Reassign Loan button at the top of the page will be enabled. Select this button to open the Loan Reassignments window.
This window can be used to re-assign the selected loans to a different loan officer, or to reassign the various members of the loan team, including the Sales Manager, Team Leader, LOA, Loan Processor, or Concession Approver.
To assign the loans to a new loan officer, first make sure that the Channel, Division, and Branch drop-down menus are populated with the respective business units to which the new loan officer is assigned. The Assigned Loan Officer menu will then be populated with available loan officers from the designated business unit(s). Select the new loan officer from the menu. Only loan officers licensed in the state in which the subject property is located will be available to select from this menu.
The tooltip next to this field can be clicked for more information about how this drop-down menu is populated.
Once a loan officer has been assigned, the remaining fields in this window can be used to reassign the other members of the loan team assigned to the loan:
- Sales Manager
- Team Leader
- LOA (consumer site) - this is the LOA who will appear to borrowers in the LO Contact Card in cPOS
- Other LOAs
- Loan Opener
- Loan Processor (consumer site) - this is the Loan Processor who will appear to borrowers in the LO Contact Card in cPOS
- Price Concession Approver
- Rate Concession Approver
Only users who are assigned to the corresponding role and who are associated to the selected loan officer in the company hierarchy will appear in these drop-down menus. If no users are associated to the loan officer for a particular role, the field for that role will remain disabled.
When all needed users have been reassigned, select Save to complete the reassignment.
