Enhancements to Preapproval Letters - Removed Fields (Client-Specific Enhancement)

Release 6.0.5000 includes the following changes to the "Preapproval Letters" page:

• The 'Preapproval Letter' document was removed from the Template drop-down menu for all states
• The Estimated Monthly Payment field has been removed from the list of fields that users are prompted to complete when generating a Prequalification letter. 
• This does not affect the following letters:
  • Arizona - 'Prequalification Template'
  • Texas - 'Prequalification Letter'

Acceptance Criteria

Use Case #1: Pre Approval Letter

1. Create a loan in CV.
2. Enter First and Last Name for the borrower.
3. Enter a Subject Property Address with the state that is not TX or AZ.
4. Open the main Menu and select Preapproval Letters
5. Select the Template dropdown
6. VERIFY: The option 'Preapproval Letter' is not displayed within the "Template" dropdown.

Use Case #2: Prequal Letters

1. Create a loan in CV.
2. Enter First and Last Name for the borrower.
3. Enter a Subject Property Address with the state that is not TX or AZ.
4. Open the main Menu and select Preapproval Letters
5. Select the Template dropdown
6. Select the 'Prequalification Letter' and select Save & Preview Letter
7. VERIFY: The Regular Prequalification letter is displayed without the field "Estimated Monthly Payment"

Use Case #3: Prequal Letters

1. Create a loan in CV
2. Enter First and Last Name for the borrower.
3. Enter a Subject Property Address in AZ
4. Open the main Menu and select Preapproval Letters
5. Select the Template dropdown
6. Select the 'Prequalification Letter' and select Save & Preview Letter
7. VERIFY: The Regular Prequalification letter is displayed without the field "Estimated Monthly Payment"

Use Case #4: Prequal Letters - Regression Test (TX)

1. Create a loan in CV
2. Enter First and Last Name for the borrower.
3. Enter a Subject Property Address in TX
4. Open the main Menu and select Preapproval Letters
5. Select the Template dropdown
6. Select the 'Prequalification Letter' and select Save & Preview Letter
7. VERIFY: The TX Prequalification letter is displayed without the field "Estimated Monthly Payment"
