In Release 6.0.5000, several company and user information fields in iMP System Admin will no longer be exported to Encompass. This update ensures that the user information used to populate the URLA page 4 “Loan Originator Information” form will always draw from and match the information from the corresponding user’s Encompass profile. This fixes a previous issue where user information stored in the Cloudvirga system was incorrectly overwriting the user information stored in Encompass, potentially causing issues when minor discrepancies in the user or company name(s) existed between the two systems.
This feature only affects Retail clients using Encompass LOS. Export functionality for TPO users remains unaffected. |

Acceptance Criteria
- Test user account is created in both Encompass and iMP System Admin
- Testing is performed in a Retail environment
Testing Process:
- Make sure that the following fields are completed in the test user's Encompass profile:
- Loan Originator Organization Name (Branch-Level)
- Street Address (Branch-Level)
- City (Branch-Level)
- ZIP Code (Branch-Level)
- Loan Originator Organization NMLSR ID#
- First Name
- Last Name
- Loan Originator NMLSR ID#
- Phone
- Edit the following fields in the test user's profile in iMP System Admin to contain values different from the corresponding field in the user's Encompass profile:
- Disclosures Lender Name (corresponds to 'Loan Originator Organization Name')
- Street Address (for corresponding Branch)
- City (for corresponding Branch)
- ZIP Code (for corresponding Branch)
- NMLS# - Division (Corresponds to Loan Originator Organization NMLSR ID#)
- Cell Phone Number
- Work Phone Number
- Save the changes to the user's profile
- Log in to oPOS
- Create a new loan
- Enter the borrower's first and last name
- Enter the subject property state for the state in which the test user is licensed
- Save the loan and select Export to LOS
- Log out of oPOS
- Open the loan in Encompass and navigate to the form "1003 URLA Page 4"; scroll to Section 9
- VERIFY: the loan officer's information that appears in this section reflects the information from the user's Encompass profile, and does not contain any of the values from their iMP System Admin profile edited in step #2.
