Optimized Entity Framework Queries for Vendor Product Integrations

Overview 

Release 6.1.1000 provides system updates to optimize Entity Framework queries for Vendor Product and Credential Manager integrations in order to improve performance. In previous iterations, excess data was pulled from queries causing memory overload.

Acceptance Criteria

Prerequisites: Admin Privileges

Use Case #1: Vendor Manager 

1. Login to oPOS
2. Select the +New menu and select Purchase to create a new loan
3. Open the Admin menu and select Vendor Manager under System Admin
4. Expand the Credit dropdown
5. Expand one of the Product Name dropdowns
6. Press the icon
7. VERIFY: a username followed by a date appears in a pop up window

Use Case #2: Credential Manager 

1. Use the same loan as in Use Case #1
2. Press the +New menu and select Purchase to create a new loan
3. Press the Admin menu and select Vendor Manager under System Admin
4. Select Credential Manager at the top of the screen
5. At the top of the page, from left to right, select items from the dropdowns. For example:
   
   • 'Credit'
   • 'Avantus'
   • 'Credit Product'
6. Press Search 
7. In the resulting list, press one of the icons
8. VERIFY: a username followed by a date appears in a pop up window
