Overview
Release 6.1.1000 includes the following changes to Conditions in oPOS (TPO):
- The user interface on the Conditions tab has been simplified to make it easier for lenders to manage submitted conditions
- The Resolve Conditions task on the Closing Docs tab no longer requires all conditions to be satisfied before requesting closing documents. This task will now only require users to clear conditions marked PTA (Prior to Approval) and PTD (Prior to Documents) in order for the task to be deemed complete. Conditions marked PTC (Prior to Closing) or PTF (Prior to Funding) do not need to be cleared in order to complete this task and request closing documents.

Conditions User Interface - Submit Conditions
Several new updates to the "Conditions" page simplify the process of submitting conditions to the lender.
Individual conditions no longer contain a Save & Submit button used to submit the corresponding condition. This button has been replaced with a Save button, which will function only to save any documents that have been uploaded to the condition.
To submit conditions, users can select the checkbox next to the desired conditions and select Submit Conditions at the top of the page. This is now the only method for submitting conditions in TPO.
Once conditions have been submitted to the lender or are pending review by the underwriter, the Submit Conditions button will be disabled and the following message bar will appear at the top of the page. Contact the lender directly to submit additional documentation. Once the underwriter has completed their review, this message will no longer appear, and the Submit Conditions button will be once again enabled.

Closing Documents - Resolve Conditions Task
Previously, the Resolve Conditions task required all outstanding conditions to be cleared before the user could request Closing Documents. With this update, users will now only be required to complete conditions with the types PTA (Prior to Approval) and PTD (Prior to Documents). Conditions with the types PTC (Prior to Closing) or PTF (Prior to Funding) are not required in order to complete this task and request closing documents.

Acceptance Criteria
- TPO Environment
- The system is configured to use PTA, PTD, PTF, and PTC condition types
- Log in to oPOS (TPO)
- Create a new loan
- Complete the application
- Shop for Rates and apply a product
- Submit the loan to the lender
- Access the loan in the LOS
- Accept the submitted loan
- Add Underwriting Conditions for each of the following types:
- Prior to Close
- Prior to Approval
- Prior to Docs
- Prior to Funding
- Save and close the loan
- Access the loan in oPOS (TPO)
- Open the Conditions tab
- VERIFY: the Conditions have been imported
- Open each condition individually
- VERIFY: each condition contains a Save button (not Save & Submit)
- VERIFY: each condition type is displayed accurately as they were added in the LOS
- Open the Request ICD tab
- VERIFY: the Resolve Conditions task contains a correct count of the current conditions
- VERIFY: the task is uncleared (no green checkmark)
- Open the Closing Documents tab
- VERIFY: the Resolve Conditions task contains a correct count of the current conditions
- VERIFY: the task is uncleared (no green checkmark)
- Return to the Conditions tab and submit all conditions
- VERIFY: the status for all conditions is updated to 'Submitted'
- VERIFY: the Submit Conditions button at the top of the page is disabled
- VERIFY: the 'Conditions have been submitted to Underwriter' message bar appears at the top of the page
- Save the loan
- Open the Request ICD tab
- VERIFY: the Resolve Conditions task shows all as 'Submitted'
- VERIFY: the task is uncleared (no green checkmark)
- Open the Closing Documents tab
- VERIFY: the Resolve Conditions task shows all conditions as 'Submitted'
- VERIFY: the task is uncleared (no green checkmark)
- Open the loan in the LOS
- Update all conditions with Status = 'Received' to Status = 'Fulfilled' or 'Reviewed'
- Save the loan and exit
- Open the loan in oPOS (TPO)
- Open the Conditions tab
- The status for all conditions is updated to 'Pending Review'
- The Submit Conditions button at the top of the page is disabled
- The 'Conditions have been submitted to Underwriter' message bar appears at the top of the page
- Open the Request ICD tab
- VERIFY: the Resolve Conditions task shows all conditions as 'Pending Review'
- VERIFY: the task is uncleared (no green checkmark)
- Open the Closing Documents tab
- VERIFY: the Resolve Conditions task shows all conditions as 'Pending Review'
- VERIFY: the task is uncleared (no green checkmark)
- Open the loan in the LOS
- Update the status of the remaining conditions to result in CV status = 'Insufficient' or 'Cleared,' leaving the following conditions uncleared:
- one or more PTA
- one or more PTD
- one or more PTC
- one or more PTF
- Save and close the loan
- Access the loan in oPOS (TPO)
- Return to the Conditions tab
- VERIFY: the Submit Conditions button at the top of the page is disabled
- VERIFY: the 'Conditions have been submitted to Underwriter' message bar appears at the top of the page
- Open the Request ICD tab
- VERIFY: the Resolve Conditions task shows the correct status counts for the conditions according to the updates made in step #48
- VERIFY: the task is uncleared (no green checkmark)
- Open the Closing Documents tab
- VERIFY: the Resolve Conditions task shows the correct status counts for the conditions according to the updates made in step #48
