Updates to MISMO 3.4 Exports - Expanded Guidelines

In Release 6.1.1000, fields within the Expanded Guidelines section are now included in MISMO 3.4 exports to the LOS. This ensures that important pricing information for non-QM loan products is sent to the LOS as expected.

The Expanded Guidelines section appears on both the "Shop for Rates" page and the "Credit" page within the loan application. With this update, the information in this section on either of these pages will be included in MISMO exports to the LOS. However, when any of these fields are edited on the "Shop for Rates" page, the loan product must first be updated and the loan must be saved before the information will be exported.

Configurations

This feature does not introduce any new configurations or changes to existing configuration settings.

Acceptance Criteria

Use Case #1: Expanded Guidelines - Export

1. Log in to oPOS (Retail or TPO)
2. Create a new loan
3. Open the Shop for Rates page
4. Complete the required fields on this page
5. In the Search Criteria for Get Rates section, select the 'Non-QM' checkbox
6. Complete the fields in the Expanded Guidelines section that appears
7. Select Shop for Rates and select a loan product
8. Save/export the loan
9. Open the loan in the LOS
10. VERIFY: the information provided in the Expanded Guidelines section has been exported successfully
11. Return to the loan in oPOS (Retail or TPO)
12. Go to the "Credit" page of the loan application
13. VERIFY: the Expanded Guidelines section is populated with the information provided in step #6.
14. Change the information in these fields
15. Save/export the loan
16.  Open the loan in the LOS
17. VERIFY: the exported Expanded Guidelines data has been updated with the new information provided in step #13
