Using TPO - Menus, Navigation, and Alerts

- The Contextual Bar - this black bar provides key information about the currently-opened loan

The Loan Application (1003)

Loan Details
The "Loan Details" page provides an overview of the loan record. Throughout the loan process, this page compiles important information about the borrower, the subject property, the selected loan product, and closing costs. From here, users can also access the pricing engine or locking services.

Pricing & Fees

Request Changes
After the initial disclosure package has been generated, users can no longer make changes to the loan in TPO. However, users can submit a request to the lender to make any necessary changes to the loan record. The following article provides instructions for submitting a change request.

Appraisal
The Appraisal tab allows users to order an appraisal on the subject property.

Loan Documentation
